NEVER FORGET: You ARE Enough….YOU Make The Difference

Nothing can be more true in every aspect of our lives, but especially when we are part of a team. Most 1st jobs are certainly going to make us part of a team. Teams can be tough. We have a lot of different attitudes and emotions (positive and negative), constantly buzzing all around us. We cannot control or change any of them. We can however, control ourselves. There are so many secrets on how to work around other people. First and foremost is don’t gossip or be drug into gossip. DO NOT ever talk about other co-workers at work, after work or at school, but ESPECIALLY ON SOCIAL MEDIA. We need to do our own thing, learn as much as we possibly can, keep our nose to the grindstone and just be there to work.

Our live shouldn’t depend on people we cannot control or fix. We need to navigate toward the creative, upbeat employees, and BE one of the creative, upbeat employees.
